2021 was a year of changes and challenges, when she founded FARO, a new brand to continue doing what she loves the most and what makes her everyday happy. FARO was amazingly well received by the travel community of Latin America and by all the travel brands with whom long-standing strong bonds had been developed during the past years of joint work.

Her passion for travelling, for the unforgettable experiences that holds every trip, for every detail that makes the service at hotels so unique, led her to develop a community of colleagues and partners that shares her personal values and bridged several brands with potential consumers.

Cecilia Osorio

Cecilia counts with more than 15 years in the tourism industry. She worked for renown 5-star hotels in Buenos Aires where she acquired experience in sales and services coordination for the most demanding clients. Since 2018, she developed a key role in the promotion of tourism brands within the Latin American markets.

Karla Reyner

Karla holds a degree in Tourism Management and began her career in the industry at the Mexico Tourism Board. Later, she traveled to Madrid to pursue her MBA. Since her return to Mexico in 2022, her goal has been to develop the Mexican market, one of the most significant in Latin America, for FARO’s portfolio.

Celeste Guix

Celeste has 17 years of experience in the tourism industry. She began her career in the Reservations department at the regional office of The Leading Hotels of the World, based in Buenos Aires. Later, she worked for a U.S.-based DMC, where she handled reservations, agency support, contracts, and hotel relations. At FARO, she provides key support to regional agencies, while also carrying out sales initiatives.

María Klix

With a background in Hotel Administration, María worked in the sector for several years in Argentina before making the decision of moving abroad. Since then, she has had the opportunity to explore the world of tourism from different perspectives, first discovering the United States and now Europe. Her contribution is key to the development of all the actions of the FARO team in Latin America.
